wtf? Why can’t there just be a video of the actual band playing?! Whatever, i guess they can do whatever they want, but it would have been better…

  2. Yo says:

Videos w/o the band are much better (Ex. TOOL)

  3. jjc19461 says:

This isn’t some claymation stopmotion creepy kind of video though.

  4. Julz says:

They never liked appearing in their own videos. Look at Spoonman. Although Chris did say they had to show up for a photo shoot that lasted all day anyway but he said they always hated fake playing their instruments… Look at Live to Rise

  5. TC says:

    Those dogs are just playing!

  6. JSD says:

Um, who’s the girl… Looks like it could be Lillian.

  7. gsushc says:

Looks like a nice video (if it was for U2) but his is Soundgarden and there was nothing wrong with the pretty noose video format so what’s this about!?!

    Good money down the drain!

  8. Superunknown says:

    Lacks style and vision.

They made a music video for a Soundgarden song. What did you do today that was so fucking awesome?

  10. Superunknown says:

Wouldn’t you like to know. ;)

  11. Dreux says:

I agree with Superunknown (even if he didn’t do something so fucking awesome today). The video seems to create a crazy juxtaposition with the song, and not in a good way. A fast song set against slow-motion clips can work just fine, but this kind of misses the beats. There’s no “bang” to work in coordination with the song. It just doesn’t fit. You could probably put any song over this and it would be about as effective.

  12. Spoonman says:

im a broken record i know but anyone have links to any King Animal tracks besides 1-5?

  13. SONICGARDEN says:

This is a good video, because it doesnt show the band playing :) I like it when Soundgarden is shown in am abstract way, just like their new music, difficult to understand but very entertaining :)

  14. SuperSG says:

Thats the most intelligent and accurate thing ive ever heard Mayan say

Is Bones of Birds the next single? Sounds rather obvious considering the overwhelming positive reaction its received from people so far. I’m not a big fan of it, reminds of Radiohead for some strange reason.

Rowing came in at second and Taree as a close third. If they don’t put these songs out as singles I won’t be surprised.

I remember on DOTU, Tighter and Tighter and Boot Camp consistently were ranked as favorites and they did some very odd single selection in the end there.

    SOUNDGARDEN = SHIT
