    God damn it. Being a weirdo just for the sake of being a weirdo isn’t cool for you Billy. You’re trying too hard. Plus I’m excited to see your old bandmate play in A Perfect Circle in a few months. Get back with Chamberlain and go and listen to Gish, Siamese Dream, and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. Then after hearing and remembering what your band sounds like, maybe you can write some better shit that sounds like the Pumpkins. Listen to Chamberlain’s drumming style on the song Geek USA. His use of off-beats and syncopation were a lot of the uniqueness of the sound and I don’t care how good he is, some 19 year old kid that was not even baking in his mom’s oven yet when the Pumpkins were starting to get big, will never compare to Jimmy Chamberlain.
