Two former nice girls turned not so nice, it has been revealed, at least by one party, that they do not enjoy each other’s company. Katy Perry, more recently, has appeared in interviews crying because she no longer recognizes who she is when looking in the mirror. The former young woman who had respect for God, is now regretting getting so far away from the truth. On the other hand, her counterpart, Ms. Eilish, doesn’t care what she says or does to offend those with any level of moral decency. Do you see why this clash occurred. Neither are angels.

On January 27, radio station 102.7 KIIS FM shared a clip of Perry telling the story of the first time she heard Eilish—and the moment she declined to work with the now Grammy-winning artist.
In the clip Perry reveals that she was once sent an email suggesting she check out a “new artist” that someone from her team wanted the “Roar” singer to collaborate with. “It was a song called ‘Ocean Eyes,’ and it was just a blonde girl,” Perry explained in the TikTok video. “And I was like, ‘Meh, boring.’”
Boring, she says! In case you forgot, Eilish first released “Ocean Eyes” in 2015 when she was around 13 years old. Since that fateful November, Eilish has won seven Grammys, scored a Golden Globe, broken several Billboard records, and has solidified herself as one of the biggest artists in the world. After winning the Oscar for best original song in 2022, the 21-year-old is only one step away from EGOT status.
“Big mistake. Huge mistake,” Perry admitted before adding, “Don’t let this hit the internet.”
