The Blast is reporting that Riverdale and 13 Reasons Why star Ross Butler is denying he played a role in helping Courtney Love try to steal a famed Kurt Cobain guitar from Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband Isaiah Silva, or that he was part of an attempted murder plot.

“In the newly filed court docs, Butler says on the night in question, Lutfi picked him up and they drove over to Silva’s home. He says Lutfi told him he was concerned about Frances and Isaiah because “they had gone silent after sending him some troubling text messages. Mr. Lutfi explained that he wanted to make sure that the two were okay.”

He claims when they arrived, they noticed sheets covering the windows. They called out for Frances and Silva and knocked on the front door.

Butler says an alarm went off inside the home and shortly after, Silva came to the door and invited him inside the house. He explains, ‘I then entered the house and was greeted calmly and amicably by Silva … Silva was frail, emaciated and had a terrible odor. The house was also messy and had a bad odor.’

Butler says another man called the police during the night, even though Silva told the man he knew Lutfi and Butler. He claims police arrived and spoke to everyone and let everyone on their way. He says he was shocked to learn Silva sued him.

He alleges, ‘I never entered into a conspiracy or otherwise agreed to commit any crime against Silva. I never conspired with anyone else to murder or kidnap Silva … or take possession of a guitar that Silva claims Ms. Cobain gave to him as a gift.'”

We reported a few months ago that Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband Isaiah Silva was suing Courtney Love for allegedly trying to have him murdered to get back Kurt Cobain’s guitar that Frances Bean gave him, and today is the first trial date for the case. TMZ reported a few months ago that Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband is not done with her family, because he’s now suing Courtney Love claiming she entered into a conspiracy with several people to break into his home, beat him up, kidnap him and try to murder him so they could gain possession of Kurt Cobain’s legendary guitar.

Isaiah Silva claims in a lawsuit, in the early hours of June 3, 2016, Sam Lutfi — the one involved in the Britney Spears drama years ago — along with 2 other guys burglarized, robbed, assaulted, sexually battered, kidnapped and attempted to murder him at his West Hollywood Home.

Silva says the goal was to get the guitar that was made famous on “MTV Unplugged” that he claims was gifted to him by Frances Bean.

Silva claims the group also injured his mother.

And the allegations go on. Silva claims Lutfi provided narcotics and illicit benzodiazepines to Frances and Courtney.

Frances settled her divorce with Isaiah and agreed to give him the famous guitar just to get him out of her life, but clearly that didn’t work.

Silva is also suing John Nazarian, actor Ross Butler and musician Michael Schenk … claiming they were all involved in the conspiracy. BTW, he alleges they made their way inside his house by pounding on the front door and yelling, ‘Police, open up!!!” and “LAPD, open the f******* door!!!” And he claims, Lutfi grabbed Silva’s genitals through his pants, moved to within inches of his face and whispered, “Listen fa****, calm the f*** down or we’ll drag you upstairs and take turns f****** you.”

He says he was hurt during the ordeal.

Silva is asking for unspecified damages.
