Foo Fighters have announced a pop up shop in Seattle featuring their own beer called Dirty Water: Pale Ale to promote their upcoming Safeco Field show. It will be open at Seapine Brewery from August 30th until September 2nd, offering merchandise and beer. Pearl Jam also just performed at Safeco Field and had their own pop up shop and special beer release, so they’re kind of copying them! It looks like this is becoming a common promotional strategy, especially in Seattle when it comes to veteran 90’s artists.

The band wrote on Twitter: “SEATTLE! YOUR TURN TO POP-UP THIS WEEK AT @seapinebrewing! Feat. an exclusive Foo beer on tap while supplies last: DIRTY WATER PALE ALE!

Limited edition Foo Fighters @jonessodaco, exclusive Seattle merch and more!

Pre-order your merch for PICK-UP ONLY! https://popup.foofighters.com.”

They’re selling Foo Fighters Seattle Mariners bobbleheads for $75.00, along with a Foo Fighters Mariners jersey for $75.00. A Dirty Water: Pale Ale shirt is being sold for $25.00.
