Over 23 years later, Frances Bean Cobain has finally reacted to her father Kurt Cobain refusing to give her a cookie during an interview. Nirvana were interviewed with Frances Bean Cobain on set at the MTV VMA’s in September 1993, and Kurt tormented Frances Bean with a cookie, refusing to give it to her.
A fan asked Frances Bean on Twitter, “Are you mad your Dad never gave you that cookie?” Cobain responded, “Nah man, he clearly wanted it more than I did ;)”
During the interview, Cobain requested a cookie from an MTV, and began to eat it. Frances Bean tried to grab it multiple times, but Kurt pulled it away. He even fed some of the cookie to bandmate Dave Grohl instead of Frances Bean, before finishing the cookie himself. Cobain then chugged on her bottle.
