Guns N’ Roses members Slash and Duff McKagan wished their former bandmate Izzy Stradlin happy birthday on Twitter today. This is the first time Slash and McKagan have said anything about Stradlin since reuniting with Axl Rose in Guns N’ Roses. Stradlin has previously said that he did not participate in the reunion because his bandmates did not want to ‘split the loot’ equally. Rumors suggested Stradlin was never offered a full time role in the ‘Not In This Lifetime’ tour, and only guest appearances.

Former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Izzy Stradlin recently made a shout out on Twitter to MyGNRForum. Stradlin tweeted, “Thanks for all of your support over there!”
While MyGNRForum’s members have been supportive of the ‘Not In This Lifetime’ tour, the members have also shown support for Izzy Stradlin, and even broken news on him being left out of the reunion due to GNR not making a fair financial offer. Over the years they have criticized Axl Rose when they disagree with his Guns N’ Roses business decisions, and when they believe his performances are not up to par.
