Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich was in Paradise City with Axl Rose! The Metallica co-founder and drummer had a front row seat to Guns N’ Roses’ set at Austin City Limits. Literally. Lars Ulrich revealed what Ozzy Osbourne did to Metallica not too long ago. Ulrich took to social media via Instagram to show off that he had one of the best seats in the house, on the side of the stage for the event.AC/DC and Metallica member were filmed drinking in a stunning new video. Although he didn’t join Axl Rose and company for a collaboration, which we all would have loved to have seen. Could Axl step in if James Hetfield needs a fill in while in rehab, like Axl did for AC/DC? Probably not, but it’d be great! Ulrich tweeted the following out about the event. Metallica revealed this heartbreaking Jason Newsted secret recently.

In other news regarding Metallica, fans took to social media via the official Facebook page of the band to give their thoughts on S&M2, the latest Metallica concert film.

Melissa wrote: “We saw the film last night and it was simply fantastic! So glad to have been in the cinema to see this epic show on the big screen! Metallica played brilliantly and the orchestra were incredible too 🎶🤩👌👌👍🤘 I wish James all the best to get well and beat his addiction to drinking which no doubt is no easy task. Fight fire with fire James 🙏❤️🤘”

Heidi replied: “I watched it last night. Epic talent, epic show. So different from the first one. The Symphony are awesome, especially the cello tribute to Cliff. I had goosebumps and tears. Felt like I left the theatre transformed. An amazing experience. Must see!”

Alexey mentioned: “Just saw the concert. James looked exhausted but sounded amazing. Maybe I’m wrong but I have a feeling that they rushed a bit to play this show. They should have waited for a right moment to play it or at least wait till the end of the tour. I got even a bit sad that right after those 2 symphony shows James returned to rehab.”
