On Saturday, Pearl Jam paid tribute to Prince to mark the two year anniversary of his death.

The band tweeted, “‘All of us up here were incredibly fortunate to see him a number of times over the years. He was an intense cat. @Prince was probably the greatest guitar player we’ve ever seen.’ – #EddieVedder

It’s been two years since the world lost a musical legend. RIP Prince.”

Photos of Prince’s vault of unreleased music surfaced for the first time a few days ago to mark the two year anniversary, The Blast reports.

Prince‘s infamous vault of unreleased music was actually kept behind a vault door in a room in Paisley Park that was clearly labeled “The Vault.”

In a series of photos taken two weeks after he died, police photographed inside the vault but also in the room where the vault was kept.

The room was marked “The Vault” and had several framed photos of Prince on the wall, alongside several awards and gold records. The floor of the outer room was littered with cardboard boxes and had dozens upon dozens of reel-to-reels on the floor.

Within the outer room, was an actual vault door that led to another room that was just filled with rows and rows of recordings. The room next door to The Vault was filled with guitars and drum kits.
