Scott Weiland‘s widow, Jamie Weiland, took to social media via Instagram to post the following series of pictures, some of her last of Weiland from his final months. These pictures are in coordination with the somber and emotional birthday wish she posted about the late Stone Temple Pilots frontman as well.  She gave us a glimpse of Scott Weiland at his happiest, as one picture shows Scott on a couch, beverage in hand, all smiles and play talking to a pet dog or as another picture shows, Scott outside enjoying himself at a get-together. Gavin Rossdale revealed this heartbreaking Scott Weiland photo recently.

Jamie Weiland said:

“Another birthday that you aren’t here for. I wonder if wherever you are you can see all of us that miss you so much, and if you’re surrounded by our other loved ones that moved on to the other side…and if somehow you at least have a triple berry cake, your favorite. Most of all, I hope you feel the incredible love that exists for you, and always will.”

Scott Weiland having a party with Jeremy Renner was recently revealed. In other news regarding Stone Temple Pilots and Scott Weiland, Reddit user Millwalkey88 discussed the band’s fourth studio album No. 4 and its legacy in a recent topic within the Stone Temple Pilots’ subreddit due to the 20th anniversary of the album.

The user wrote: “Twenty years ago the best Stone Temple Pilots album, in my opinion, was released. There’s not much to say that hasn’t already been said about this beast of an album. There’s a great review of it on this sub somewhere… Upon release, it was dismissed by critics, but 20 years later it has stood the test of time. I don’t think this album has aged at all. Great music stands the test of time, and STP is timeless.”

The user continued:

“This has got to be my favorite STP album, for the sheer amount of styles they can include on one album. You go from a hard-hitting Heaven and Hotrods, to a psychedelic influenced Pruno, then to a catchy pop song Church on Tuesday all within 3 tracks! So amazing, those guys were on the top of their game musically. Lyrically Weiland killed it, and I believe this was his album that he got pretty personal with. The events leading up to No 4. divorce, addiction, jail time, and eventually sobriety all made for a heavy record lyrically speaking.” STP recently leaked an unheard Scott Weiland Purple song.
