Eve 6 is quite active on social media and has been often seen reacting to what the fans say. Eve 6 also tweeted that Smashing Pumpkins singer Billy Corgan is ‘grumpy’ enough to take a shot at him and block him on social media after he made an interesting remark. The Tweet was later deleted. However, a couple of other Tweets were also noted.

Recently a fan noted “Smashing Pumpkins calling themselves ‘the rat in a cage band’ on TikTok is giving big @Eve6 ‘heart in a blender song’ energy”

Eve 6 took note of the Tweet and wrote: “wtf dude get your own bit”. In another Tweet the band stated “Spotify is stealing my money and billy corgan is stealing my jokes what’s next is fred durst gonna steal my lyrics or something.”

The band added: “the world is a vampire”

Smashing Pumpkins and Foo Fighters are working together

Smashing Pumpkins and Foo Fighters are two of the biggest alternative rock bands that fans of the 90’s have enjoyed. Fans were delighted to know that Smashing Pumpkins drummer Jimmy Chamberlin, Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins are teaming up for a mysterious project on SiriusXM’s Lithium. It is unknown what they will be doing, but some fans are hoping for ‘It Might Get Loud’ with these three 90’s alternative rock drumming legends.
It was recently announced that Foo Fighters and The Smashing Pumpkins will be playing at the 2022 Beale Street Music Festival, which is set to take place from April 29 to May 1 in Memphis, Tennessee. Other artists on the card include Modest Mouse, Dirty Honey, The Glorious Sons, and Toad the Wet Sprocket. More acts will be announced at a later date. You can check out more details about the show at MemphisinMay.org.
The entire lineup of more than 60 artists will be announced in early February.  The Smashing Pumpkins were originally on the 2020 Beale Street lineup before the festival was canceled due to the virus pandemic. The 2021 festival was scrapped, as well.
