The Grammys had a very emotional In Memoriam segment near the end of their broadcast last night that paid tribute to Chris Cornell, Chester Bennington, Dolores O’Riordan, and many other musicians we’ve lost in the last year.
Chris Stapleton and Emmylou Harris performed a touching Tom Petty tribute.

The Linkin Park frontman was the last name that was highlighted before a performance by Logic, who performed his suicide prevention song “1-800-273-8255.” The title of the song is the phone number for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. We tragically lost Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell to suicide last year.
