The official Instagram account for late The Beatles icon John Lennon posted the following handwritten song lyrics and a quote from an old feature circa 1980. Here, Lennon states that “the great masters and mistresses” of the world claimed that you make your dream and state that this was not only the story of The Beatles but of his widowed wife, Yoko Ono as well.  This John Lennon savage insult towards The Who was recently revealed.

The account wrote:

Lazy? Want to read my report cards? I have them all from school, still. It just says: “He’s lazy, he’s lazy.” I was never lazy. I’ve done more work in my life than most people would do in ten. Being a public figure is a twenty-four hour a day job. People wake you in the middle of the night to ask you to save Peru.⠀⁣
⠀⁣
How can you *think* if you’re doing something? It’s the Zen thing, again. When you’re eating, you eat. When you’re painting, paint. When you’re sitting, sit. There’s a time for sitting and a time for running. And just because my life is lived half in public, people comment about it. I’ve been getting the same crap all my life.⠀⁣
⠀⁣
You make your own dream. That’s the Beatles’ story, isn’t it? That’s Yoko’s story. That’s what I’m saying now. Produce your dream. If you want to save Peru, go and save Peru. It’s quite possible to do anything, but you have to do it yourself. That’s what the great masters and mistresses have been saying ever since time began. They can point the way, leave signposts and little instructions in various books that are now called holy (and worshipped for the cover of the book and not what it says), but the instructions are all there for all to see, have always been and always will be. ⠀⁣

There’s nothing new under the sun. All roads lead to Rome. And people cannot provide it for you.”

Ringo Starr made a painful John Lennon widow remark recently. In other news regarding The Beatles, fans of the Fab Four debated if pre-Rubber Soul Beatles hurt their long term reputation in a recent topic within the band’s subreddit.

Dwulf replied: “Anyone who dismisses the mop-top days has no idea of the context. The Beatles did not start to break new grounds with Rubber Soul, they did from the very start. What we hear now as gentle pop songs were savage back then. It seems mellow now because they just then created the foundations’ everybody builds on in the following decades, but there was nothing like them before.”

DamaOscuraDeTodos put: “It was the popularity of the pre-Rubber Soul albums that allowed them the opportunity to experiment with their sound on their own. Before, they were just given a few hours to record their entire album, but once they became cash cow the studio pretty much bowed down to them and gave them full reign of the studio.” This John Lennon awful ‘mad drunk’ video was revealed.
