Vinnie Paul Final Photo Before Death Revealed


Legendary Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul was photographed for the final time on June 17, 2018 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Alternative Nation has uncovered the photo of Paul with Viva La Muerte, and you can view it below.

The last photo Paul uploaded to his Instagram was on May 29th at a Las Vegas Golden Knights hockey game. He wrote, “HELLO!!! We win game one!!! Washington cannot keep up with us !! I’ll be there in person tomorrow night !! Can’t wait!!! GO KNIGHTS GO !!”

Paul, co-founder of metal band Pantera, died on Friday. Currently a member of Hellyeah, Paul was 54.

His representative confirmed the legendary drummer’s death to Billboard, but added that no further details are available at this time.

“Vincent Paul Abbott aka Vinnie Paul has passed away,” reads a statement on the Pantera Facebook page. “Paul is best known for his work as the drummer in the bands Pantera and Hellyeah. No further details are available at this time. The family requests you please respect their privacy during this time.”
