Liam Gallagher got into a fishy situation at Spain’s Festival Internacional de Benicàssim over the weekend.
The former Oasis singer was about to perform “Cigarettes and Alcohol” when a fan threw an actual fish up on stage.
“Which dickhead threw the fish here then?” Gallagher asked indignantly. “Fucking stinky, smelly fish, man. Now listen man, it really ain’t that fucking bad, man. Don’t be throwing fish on stage, mate. I’ve seen a lot worse than this shit. Alright?”
Gallagher had to stop the set until a stagehand removed the fish. He said, “I can’t be fucking singing while there’s a fish there, man.” No word on who the culprit was, or if Noel Gallagher may have been in the crowd at the time.
Liam recently tried to reunite Oasis on Twitter.
“Earth to noel listen up rkid I hear your doing gigs where people can’t drink alcohol now that’s the BeZarist thing you’ve done yet,” Liam wrote.
“I forgive you now let’s get the BIG O back together and stop fucking about the drinks are on me LG x”
After some time passed, he added: “I’ll take that as a no.”
We’ll have to keep waiting for that Oasis reunion!
