A fan wrote on AC/DC’s Reddit, “I see everyone posting about how great the show in Dallas was… but it wasn’t! The sound/mix/audio was terrible. I was in section 121 with a speaker column directly in front of me. I couldn’t understand a single word that Brian sang all night. I tried earplugs but nothing worked. Honestly, it ruined the show for me. I wish I wouldn’t have drove 3 hours and rented an AirBnB for that!
P.S. I know this isn’t the band’s fault, still a disappointing experience.”
Another fan added, “Yesterday’s concert was exactly that. You know, you buy a pair of $2 headphones and turn the music up to full blast, that’s exactly what I heard. I will never go to a concert at this stadium again. Because Metallica was bad too at 2023.”
A fan then wrote, “I’m sorry you had that experience, but I am kind of glad to hear it, only to know it wasn’t just me that felt that way at the Minneapolis show. There was one song that I literally didn’t know what it was! The guys put on a great show, and I’m glad we went, but besides the song we couldn’t recognize, there were others we had to wait for the chorus to say with certainty what it was. We were seated in the third level just before the corner in US Bank, so it certainly could have been the building and the engineering of the sound couldn’t make it sound good everywhere. We had about ten people around us leave their seats. I don’t know that they left the concert entirely, but they were unhappy with what we were able to hear from our seats.”
