Axl Rose’s Broken Foot: Will He Heal In Time For AC/DC?

Guns N’ Roses News is reporting that Axl Rose has been spotted in Lisbon with protection on his foot, but has not been seen with wheelchairs or crutches, signaling that he has made major progress in his recovery from his broken foot. Rose also told fans he is excited to sing for AC/DC. See photos below!

Ahead of one of the most anticipated tours of the year, when ACDC kick start the second European leg of their Rock Or Bust tour, this Saturday in Lisbon fellow rock stars have applauded the decision to invite Axl Rose on board for this tour: Alice Cooper says, “You know, his voice is absolutely perfect for that band.” Zakk Wylde, one time Ozzy Osbourne guitarist, now Black Label Society frontman says, “I couldn’t think of a better choice than Axl Rose. Axl’s such a huge fan, So, yeah, Axl’s gonna be beyond honoured, and I think it’s gonna be awesome.” Motley Crue and Sixx: A.M. Bassist Nikki Sixx also thinks Rose is a good fit for the iconic band, saying, “…I think Axl’s got the right voice for that band.” After a solid two weeks rehearsing in Lisbon with Axl, AC/DC are set to rock Lisbon’s Passeio Maritime de Lages on Saturday, May 7th.
