Chester Bennington’s Ex-Wife Reveals Note Scott Weiland’s Children Sent Her

Late Linkin Park and Stone Temple Pilots singer Chester Bennington’s ex-wife Samantha has shared a note from late Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland’s ex-wife Mary, and his children Noah and Lucy.

Samantha wrote, “When your girlfriend & kids surprise you with these gorgeous fresh flowers it puts a smile on your face & warms your heart! Thank you Mary, Noah, & Lucy! We love you! The Gardenias are insane they smell so good!!”

The note says, “Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful holiday with us. We miss you and hope to see you again soon! XOXO, Mary, Noah and Lucy.”

Late Linkin Park and Stone Temple Pilots singer Chester Bennington’s ex-wife Samantha shared a photo on Facebook of her son Draven with late Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland’s children Noah and Lucy last month.

“Friends from birth! Noah, Lucy & Draven Weiland’s & Bennington. Next generation #stonetemplepilots #linkinpark #kidsfromrocknroll most respectful, loving, intelligent & humble teens I know! #proudmommiestatus Mary & Sam #approvedbymoms.”

Scott Weiland died from a drug overdose in December 2015. Chester Bennington died by suicide in July 2017. Weiland fronted STP from the late 80’s until 2013, while Bennington fronted the band from 2013 to 2015.

Weiland and Bennington performed on stage together several times during the 2001 Family Values Tour.
