TMZ reports that Bohemian Rhapsody star Rami Malek’s big night at the Academy Awards ended with a bit of a scare when he fell offstage, much like Dave Grohl has in the past.

After the ceremony ended, Rami was up on the stage — possibly posing for a pic — when he slipped off the edge and fell hard onto the ground in front of the seats.

Rami was stunned as paramedics rushed out to the front row to check on him, but he ended up being okay and even did interviews about his Best Actor Oscar win for portraying late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.

A Foo Fighters fanpage uploaded a never before seen video angle from Dave Grohl falling offstage in Las Vegas last month. It wasn’t the first time Grohl has had an embarrassing fall, as back in 2015 Grohl fell offstage and broke his leg, changing the Foo Fighters 2015 tour with several shows being pushed back. He began playing on a throne, leading to the tour being unofficially billed the ‘Broken Leg’ tour. He later lent the throne to Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose when he broke his foot in 2016, with Rose using it at early Guns N’ Roses reunion shows.
