Dave Grohl Attends LA Mayor Karen Bass State of the City Event

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl made a public appearance in Los Angeles this week, attending Mayor Karen Bass’s State of the City event alongside his wife Jordyn Grohl. The outing drew attention as the singer has kept a relatively low profile between band activity and high-profile appearances.

In a post featuring photos from the event, Foozie’s Foo Fighters News stated that Grohl and Jordyn attended the Mayor’s State of the City address in Los Angeles on 2 February.

The Facebook update placed the pair at the civic gathering as Bass delivered remarks on the city’s priorities, with Grohl appearing as a notable guest in the audience. Grohl has previously been a visible figure in Los Angeles cultural life, often showing up at events tied to music, community causes, and local institutions.

The appearance comes as Grohl remains one of the city’s most recognisable rock figures, and it follows other moments of public interest around his family life, including coverage of Dave Grohl’s wife turning heads with a Grammys outfit earlier this awards season.

For fans, Grohl’s attendance at a major city address highlights his continued presence in Los Angeles beyond the concert stage, and it adds to a pattern of the musician showing support for local events while Foo Fighters’ next moves remain closely watched.
