“Due to a recent injury resulting in a fractured shoulder that will require recovery time, Stevie Nicks’ scheduled concerts in August and September will be rescheduled,” the statement read.
“Please note that October dates will be unaffected.”
The post continued with instructions for fans regarding their tickets and upcoming schedule changes.
“More information will be available at point of purchase, ticketholders are advised to hold on to their tickets and consult the list of rescheduled dates below,” the announcement stated.
“All previously purchased tickets will be honored on the new date.”
The statement concluded with an apology to fans: “Stevie looks forward to seeing everyone soon and apologizes to the fans for this inconvenience.”
The postponement affects a significant portion of Nick’s current touring schedule, highlighting the impact of her injury on her extensive performance commitments.
The Fleetwood Mac icon’s October tour dates are still scheduled as planned. This includes co-headlining performances with Billy Joel at major venues. According to Fleetwood Mac News, these October shows are set to take place at prestigious locations such as Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara and T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The postponed August and September dates were intended to feature performances at some of the country’s most prominent venues.
