Greg Gutfield insults Howard Stern

Greg Gutfeld recently made a joke on his show that Howard Stern wears a wig ‘tighter than Louis XIV.’ Stern has never said that he wears a wig. However, it’s been the subject of speculation and jokes online for many years.

Meanwhile, on Gutfield’s show, Charlie Sheen threw his hat into the ring to replace Jimmy Kimmel amid the late-night comedian’s suspension.

Sheen joined Fox News’ Gutfeld! on Friday evening to promote his new Netflix documentary and autobiography. The actor joked he was only on the show because Jimmy Fallon wouldn’t return his calls.

On Kimmel’s suspension, Sheen stated that he’s all for free speech. However, he also joked that he could be the only to “fix” Kimmel’s show and bring back big ratings.

“As far as the Kimmel stuff, you know, I am a firm believer in freedom of speech, you know? Especially, you now, some of the speech that I believed in, and, yeah, but all of that said, I saw the dismissal as a potential job opening, and if they want to, you know, fix that show and get some ratings, this guy!” Sheen said.

Host Greg Gutfeld then argued earlier in the show that Kirk would have likely been in favor of Kimmel returning to his show.

Kimmel was recently put on indefinite suspension by ABC following comments about Kirk’s murder and his suspected shooter, 22-year-old Tyler Robinson.

“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them,” Kimmel said.

Kimmel’s ABC suspension came amid complaints from local affiliates and also followed FCC Chair Brendan Carr pressuring the network in a podcast interview.

“Frankly, when you see stuff like this, I mean look, we can do this the easy way or the hard way,” he said. “These companies can find ways to change conduct and take action, frankly, on Kimmel, or there’s going to be additional work for the FCC ahead.”

Kimmel is supposed to return to air today, but Nextar and Sinclair are refusing to broadcast his show.
