KELLY OSBOURNE shows off her MASSIVE $100,000 engagement ring after being proposed to by now fiancé SID WILSON of SLIPKNOT at OZZY OSBOURNE and BLACK SABBATH’s farewell show.

According to multiple reports, the ring was designed to reflect Kelly’s nickname, “Honeybee.”

Kelly Osbourne got engaged to longtime partner Sid Wilson on July 5, 2025, backstage at her father Ozzy Osbourne’s final show with Black Sabbath in Birmingham. The proposal took place shortly after Ozzy left the stage, surrounded by close friends and family. Sid, known as the DJ for Slipknot, gave a brief speech before getting down on one knee. He said, “Nothing would make me happier than to spend the rest of my life with you,” before Kelly tearfully accepted. Ozzy jokingly interrupted before the proposal with, “F— off, you’re not marrying my daughter!” but was clearly emotional afterward.

The engagement ring is a custom piece called “Honeybee,” featuring a 2.5-carat diamond with citrine and white diamond accents in a honeycomb-style design. The ring was inspired by the nickname “Honeybee,” which was once given to Kelly by Joan Rivers. Wilson worked with Mouawad to create the symbolic piece.

Kelly and Sid first met in 1999 during Ozzfest but only began dating in 2022 after over two decades of friendship. They welcomed a son, Sidney, in late 2022. Kelly posted the moment on Instagram with the caption, “Oh and this happened yesterday,” showing her beaming alongside Sid and surrounded by loved ones. The proposal capped off an emotional day that saw Ozzy perform his final concert, closing a chapter in rock history while beginning a new one for his daughter.
