Marilyn Manson recently spoke candidly about his past relationship with Evan Rachel Wood during an interview. He reminisced about their time at the Chateau Marmont hotel, as reported by Golden Star Radio.
The musician shared his experiences at the iconic Hollywood hotel, including his interactions with Wood, during ongoing legal proceedings between the two. Manson expressed his dissatisfaction with having had a relationship with Wood.
“Over here is where I met a girl that has three names, like Lee Harvey Oswald, Evan Rachel Wood, which I’m not happy about that part,” Manson said.
“And then, normally I’ve never been to this castle part, but Chateau Marmont is very close to my house. And I love Chateau Marmont.”
The artist continued sharing anecdotes from the hotel, mentioning various celebrities he encountered there.
“At the top right here is where Hunter S. Thompson, Benicio Del Toro, Nick Nolte, I’m gonna keep name-dropping, Johnny Depp, Harry Dean Stanton, Sean Penn, and myself, all hang out together,” he continued.
“Harry Dean Stanton hit my ex-wife Tita Von Tesse in the face with a dinner roll. And Hunter S. Thompson had a bandage on his hand, and there was a hole in the window.”
This statement is one of Manson’s rare public comments regarding Wood since their legal disputes began. Manson’s mention of meeting Wood at the Chateau Marmont highlights a pivotal moment in both of their lives, which later became the focal point of serious legal allegations.
