Nikki Sixx has responded to fan worries about Mötley Crüe possibly canceling their upcoming Las Vegas residency. Posting on X , the bassist shared updates that pretty much suggest the shows are moving forward as planned.

Some fans had raised concerns about Vince Neil’s health and reports of low ticket sales, which led to speculation about whether the residency would go ahead.

Sixx tried to calm those fears by talking about the band’s preparations. “Got some new fan bass picks coming just for the Vegas shows,” he said. “Also working on something fun for the collectors and, of course, the golden ticket to win one of my personal basses.”

He added that more details will be revealed soon and confirmed that “band rehearsals start soon.” His comments directly push back against rumors of a cancellation.

The residency will run from mid-September to early October 2025, with 10 shows scheduled at Dolby Live at Park MGM. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster and resale sites, with prices starting at around $60. VIP packages from MGM Resorts include meet-and-greets and premium seating.

This will be Mötley Crüe’s third Las Vegas residency, proving the band’s lasting draw in a city famous for legendary performers. Known for their energetic stage shows and classic hits, the group continues to attract loyal fans despite ongoing questions about health issues.

Sixx’s message makes it clear the band is preparing to deliver another big chapter in their Vegas history.

For Mötley Crüe, the Las Vegas stage has become almost a second home. Their first residency in 2012 at The Joint inside the Hard Rock Hotel set the tone for how a heavy metal band could thrive in a setting usually dominated by pop icons and legacy crooners. They returned in 2013 with “An Intimate Evening in Hell,” bringing fire, aerial stunts, and a setlist stacked with fan favorites. Now, over a decade later, the Crüe are once again leaning into the city’s appetite for over-the-top rock spectacles.

Nikki Sixx’s reassurance comes at a critical moment. Fans have voiced concerns about Vince Neil’s vocals and stamina in recent years, particularly after footage from summer festival appearances circulated online. Still, the band has shown resilience — Tommy Lee continues to push through health setbacks behind the kit, and Sixx has remained the group’s public voice, often addressing fan concerns directly.

Adding to the challenges is the absence of founding guitarist Mick Mars, who stepped away from touring in 2022 due to health issues. John 5 now handles guitar duties, and Vegas will mark one of the biggest tests of the current lineup’s chemistry.
