Pearl Jam are rumored to headline the Austin City Limits Festival this October in Austin, Texas, and to play shows around the festival.

HailHailVitalogy said on the Ten Club board, “I see PJ announcing sheds for September, located around the two festival dates. So off the top of my head…Worcester, Camden, Jones Beach, Bristow, Etc. They won’t reschedule Spring 2020 dates until they know they can play in Canada.”

Wbutler29 responded, “Still not ruling out a SW swing this Sept . . . ACL, Houston, Jazz Fest/Vodoo Fest. I am pretty sure they will not enforce the typical limitations of surrounding shows to festivals.”

Cob added, “If you headline ACL, you can’t play anywhere within 250 miles of ATX while festival is going on, one year (2013) when Pearl Jam played ACL, they flew to Los Angeles and played shows during the week and came back for ACL the next weekend. So it will probably be ACL and not Houston also.”

Pearl Jam have not performed live together since September 2018 at Fenway Park in Boston. Pearl Jam have not done any virtual/online performances like many other bands like Foo Fighters and Stone Temple Pilots have to promote new albums and celebrate album anniversaries in STP’s case.
