(Ed talks about being invited here by the Seminole Tribe here in Florida. They performed a ceremony for/with the band. The Seminole thanked Pearl Jam for their work with indigenous people and Ed point out that it was almost entirely Jeff Ament’s doing.)

(Ed talks about their first show in Florida. Falling asleep on the beach and getting badly sunburnt. They played The Cameo Theater. Ed dove into the crowd and said it felt like several thousand hands clawing his back. This song sounds like that felt)

I had no idea I looked so much like Jimmy Buffett tonight.” He talks briefly about liking Buffett and they had met him a few times and he knew how to live. But he wants to play a song for his favorite Floridian, Tom Petty, even though he is gone it feels like he is here.)
