PUDDLE OF MUDD singer WES SCANTLIN has been ARRESTED for alleged DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and DRUGS.
As reported by TMZ on Saturday (March 15th), Puddle of Mudd’s Wes Scantlin was arrested earlier this week after he allegedly got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend.

Police in Torrance, California were called to his apartment at around 3 a.m. on Tuesday (March 11th). According to TMZ’s law enforcement source, after talking to Wes and his girlfriend, officers determined that what started out as a verbal argument allegedly turned physical.

While being searched, officers also apparently found Scantlin in possession of a small amount of a controlled substance.

At 4:01 a.m. the musician was arrested and was subsequently booked by 5:12 a.m. He is currently facing charges for felony domestic violence and possession of a controlled substance, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff Inmate Information Center. As of Saturday morning, the Puddle of Mudd frontman is still in L.A. County Jail with bail set at $90,000.

This is just the latest in legal troubles for Scantlin. Last August, he was arrested after a traffic stop in Burbank, California turned into a standoff with SWAT.

Scantlin also recently made headlines when he accused his ex-bandmate of slipping him a roofie before Puddle of Mudd’s show at Daytona Bike Week earlier this month.
