Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke recently responded after a social media user posted a video threatening to “expose” his secrets and telling him his “days are numbered.” Radke addressed the clip in a heated reaction shared on Instagram, framing the incident as part of what he says is a daily stream of online harassment directed at him.
Reacting to the video, Radke challenged the statement as a threat and referred to the person as being “in psychosis,” adding, “We have a mental health issue in this country, in America. Look at this person. You cannot sit here and tell me this person is literally a normal person.”
“My days are numbered, Dave Mustaine? Excuse me? Is that a threat? Listen here, psychosis eyes. We have a mental health issue in this country, in America. Look at this person. You cannot sit here and tell me this person is literally a normal person. You are in psychosis,” Radke said.
Radke continued by saying he is unusual among public figures for directly responding to antagonistic accounts, claiming the messages he receives include “paragraphs of psychosis” in his direct messages. He argued that he is labelled the aggressor only after he replies, and insisted he will keep defending himself against critics.
“The fact of the matter is, I’m the only person, rock star, public figure, whatever you wanna call it, that responds to these people. This is the problem with these people. You say that my days are numbered. Have fun with your account after this one. On a daily basis, I get literally people just like her or him, or whatever this person is called, that literally do this. You should see my DMs, the paragraphs of psychosis in my DMs,” he continued.
Radke then expressed frustration with what he perceives as a double standard in how his responses are received.
“You guys wanna talk all this sh*t and say all these mean things and do all this stuff until I respond and then I become the bully. F*ck you. F*ck anybody else that agrees with you. And if any of you guys have had a bad experience, go ahead and DM her instead of me, because I’m tired of hearing about it. You can’t sit here and do all the things that you guys do and expect a motherf*cker to roll over,” he said.
“There ain’t nothing you can do to stop me either. I’m gonna defend myself to the day I die. It’s not gonna happen. You’re not gonna have people like this that have nothing else going on in their life. Her whole identity or he or whatever this person calls themselves, whole identity is based around people that they’ve never met in their life. Let that sink in for you. So f*ck you. You wanna threaten me with how my days are numbered? Good luck with your social media presence after this one,” Radke concluded.
The latest flare-up follows other disputes tied to his online presence, including a recent Alternative Nation report in which Tommy Lee’s wife was linked to a restraining order case involving Radke amid allegations connected to fake accounts and social media conflict.
Radke ended his response by telling the user to “good luck” maintaining their social media account after targeting him, while reiterating that he does not intend to be intimidated into silence. The episode adds to an ongoing pattern of high-profile confrontations that have kept the singer’s online activity in the spotlight alongside his band’s music.
