Roger Waters’ feud with Ozzy Osbourne’s family
Shortly after Ozzy Osbourne’s death, Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters commented on the late Black Sabbath frontman in an interview with The Independent Ink. While many musicians at the time were paying tribute to Ozzy, Waters admitted he never cared much for him.
“Ozzy Osbourne, who just died, bless him in his whatever state that he was in his whole life, we’ll never know. Although he was all over the TV for hundreds of years, with his idiocy and nonsense. The music, I have no idea. I couldn’t give a f*ck,” Waters said in September.
“I don’t care about Black Sabbath, I never did. I have no interest in biting the heads of chickens or whatever they do. I couldn’t care less, you know,” he added.
After Waters’ comments were published, Ozzy’s son Jack Osbourne hit out against the musician, calling him “pathetic and out of touch.”
“My father always thought you were a c**t – thanks for proving him right,” Jack said.
Sharon Osbourne swears at Roger Waters
Now, Ozzy’s wife Sharon and their kids Jack and Kelly Osbourne are again calling out Waters.
“[He’s] probably one of the most sick individuals I’ve come across in years,” Sharon said in the latest episode of The Osbourne’s Podcast.
“He’s a f*cking c**t,” Kelly added, before Sharon implied “c**t” isn’t a strong enough word.
“He isn’t, ’cause c*nts are good. … He has no charisma. He looks like Frankenstein,” Sharon said. “The guy is sick in the head. He is not relevant in today’s world. Nobody likes him. It’s not just us. Nobody likes this man. … unless you’re a fascist.”
“I don’t know how those guys in Pink Floyd put up with him as long as they did. … David [Gilmour] is the most gracious, warm person you could ever meet,” she continued.
“[He’s] a sad, irrelevant, old, miserable human being – a miserable ugly human being,” Sharon added.
