Once again, Slash dropped his mansion’s selling price. According to TMZ, this price came down for the second time this year.

The house had been bought in 2009 for $7.3 million. Slash divorced from his ex–wife Perla in 2014 and the property was put in the market for almost $11 million. The selling price had dropped in April by half a million and was recently reduced to $9.5 million.

The 10,971-square-foot mansion is located in Mulholland Estates. It has incredible interior features, such as a nightclub with a DJ booth, a recording studio, a library and a game room.
