Stone Temple Pilots have posted rare photos of their final reunion with Scott Weiland, with the reunion tour kicking off at Rock on the Range 2008, and continuing until Weiland’s February 2013 firing.

“12 years ago today. The year… 2008. We played our first show back together from a little respite. Rock on the Range in Columbus, OH. What a night !!!⁣⁣”

STP also have announced the cancelation of their tour with Nickelback. STP wrote, “We are saddened to announce that our summer tour with Nickelback has officially been canceled amidst concerns over COVID-19.

Although this news is hardly a surprise to any of us, it does not negate the sorrow we feel in not being able to see all of you and share in an evening of music. We miss all of you dearly and hope you are all healthy and safe. Be well and we will hopefully see you soon.

The band also announced that they are selling masks on their website, “Protect yourself and others with this STP face mask which comes FREE if you pre-order our new stripes vertical tee in the next 72 hours! ⁣
If you have to go out please stay safe and we hope to see you all again soon!”
