System of a Down bassist Shavo Odadijian has revealed that a fake manager is ripping of System of a Down fans. He has reported her to the authorities.

He wrote, “BEWARE!! This person has been DMing people that follow me, and is claiming to be my personal manager. THIS IS A FAKE ACCOUNT!! Please report her/him immediately. They are asking people to meet on Google Hangouts and are impersonating me, trying to get personal information from you guys. I’ve reported them and have contacted the authorities. I am managed only by @velvethammermgmt. Please spread the word!! Ty.”

Lacecreationz commented, “Next thing you know she’s going to use you as a reference to match with people on Tinder lol.” Shavo responded, “😂😂.”

He also posted, Here’s a throwback picture with my real manager Beno. Who’s been there with us/me since 96! Picture taken right before I went on stage at Rock in Rio – Brazil!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼Let’s do this again!!”

Shavo also recently thanked fans for birthday wishes, “I want to thank everybody for all the wonderful Birthday wishes. You guys rule!!!! Repost from @picturesonmymind36 #thankyou #birthday #wishes.”
