In a recent episode of his YouTube podcast “Spirit Campfire,” Ted Nugent shared his thoughts on Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello.
While he says he admires Morello’s guitar skills, he does wish he played slightly differently.
“I love Tom Morello. He’s a great dad. He’s a great guitar player. Now, I’d rather hear more grooves out of him, but he’s a great guitar player,” Nugent said. “I like grooves. My masterpiece, my unlimited masterpieces are based on grooves, grinds, patterns, and themes – Song theme, guitar themes.”
Nugent then went on to take an unexpected swipe at former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach, saying:
“But… Sebastian Bach, I don’t know what happened to Sebastian. I love you Sebastian.”
