This originally was own and purchased in Canada for Marilyn Manson in 1994. The talent that has blessed this bus since is unbelievable. Can you say Upgrade? In 2013-2015 the nonprofit Music Saves Lives has taken “Marilyn” from the 2000’s to 2015 with upgrades in every area. It was important to the organization to have its staff working in a great environment.
POWER:
“Marilyn” is powered by a Detroit 8V92 with less than 150,000 miles and a 5 speed Automatic Alison Transmission. She has a new starter, ECM purchased in 2012, all new batteries for both the 3000K custom Kabota Generator, and 6 12volt for the main Power. Yes, this is a 12volt system. Built with a 12-volt system to make it easier while traveling the US. “Marilyn” is a bus very familiar with being on the road. She has registered just over 800,000 miles on the odometer and ready to take on another million with all the new mechanics. Sets at the height of 12.6 high with Sat Dish.
Front and dual drive tires have 95% tread. Tag Tires have 75%
Brakes have 65% and no noisy J Brake on her. Remember, this is a Detroit 8V92 and this engine powers this bus both up and down hills like a champ.
Prevost has 80% of the maintenance records on file. All Power serviced regularly.
