Good Guy Dave Grohl has struck again! Billboard reported in January that the Old Dominion had to postpone three scheduled concerts so that frontman Matthew Ramsey could have surgery on his leg to address an old injury that had flared up. Their show on Feb. 14 at Caesars Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, has been moved to June 13, and the gig planned for Feb. 15 at US Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, will now take place on March 31. A Feb. 16 show at the War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Ind., has moved to May 2.

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has now played hero saving the tour, lending Ramsey his rock and roll throne that he used himself in 2015 after breaking his leg after falling offstage at a show in Sweden, and later lent to Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose in 2016 after Rose broke his foot at a Guns N’ Roses show in Los Angeles. Rose used it for early Guns N’ Roses reunion shows in Las Vegas and at Coachella.

Old Dominion wrote on Instagram, “First show post-surgery is going down with some help from our friends #davegrohl and @foofighters !!! #rockthrone #theshowmustgoon.”

They later wrote on Instagram, “Sittin’ but rockin’ #makeitsweettour.” See the photos below of Matthew Ramsey using Dave Grohl’s rock and roll throne.
