Corey Taylor Reacts To Slipknot Fans Calling Out Blatant Ripoff

Alternative Nation recently reported that Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor collaborated with Falling In Reverse, and was trashed by some fans.

A fan named Justice commented to Taylor, “It really blows my mind that @CoreyTaylorRock talks shit about @Imaginedragons then does a song with @FIROfficial How much did they pay you?”

Taylor said, “I did it for free. Just like all the other guest spots I do. Anything else you have no clue about that you want to attempt to talk shit on?“

Justice responded, “No disrespect towards you. Just genuinely confused. When you gunna hit that guest spot for imagine dragons?”

Now there is a new thread of tweets regarding this subject, with a fan saying Taylor got ripped off by working for free.

A fan named Tommy tweeted Taylor, “bro u didnt even get paid to be featured on that trainwreck of a song?”

Justice tweeted, “FUCKING THANK YOU.”

Tommy tweeted, “im with you dude, i have no idea why corey would involved himself with that trash.”

Justice tweeted, “Everyone took this way outta proportion.”

Corey Taylor responded, “Welcome to my life, man.

Sorry you’re gettin it.”

Slipknot are set to tour and release a new album this summer. The band are currently involved in a legal battle with keyboardist Chris Fehn, who has accused the band of financial misconduct.
