Ted Nugent has posted a video defending Elon Musk’s controversial salute on Inauguration Day. He said, “The left will call anything a Nazi symbol if it doesn’t fit their narrative. What do you think?”

Ted Nugent and Elon Musk have both been vocal about their political beliefs, though they come from different backgrounds—one as a rock musician and the other as a tech entrepreneur.

Ted Nugent, a longtime conservative, has consistently supported Republican candidates and policies. Known for his strong pro-gun rights stance, he has been affiliated with the National Rifle Association (NRA) and has criticized progressive policies. Nugent has openly backed figures like Donald Trump and has expressed skepticism about government regulations, gun control laws, and liberal social policies. He frequently uses his platform to voice concerns about issues like the Second Amendment, personal freedoms, and what he perceives as government overreach.

Elon Musk, on the other hand, has taken a more fluid political stance. While he historically identified as a liberal, he has criticized left-leaning policies and media bias in recent years. Musk has described himself as a centrist but has openly opposed extreme progressive policies. He has voiced support for free speech, criticized government subsidies, and, in 2022, stated he would vote Republican after previously voting Democrat. His views on regulation, environmental policies, and business freedom often align with libertarian principles. He is now heading DOGE for President Trump.
