The Mötley Crüe bassist’s statement came after one of his family’s stalkers was sentenced to prison. This prompted him to issue a clear warning about future threats.
“One of our families’ stalkers just started a 2 year run in prison,” Sixx said. “The legal system can be sloppy and slow and we’re grateful this is finally behind us.”
The musician then delivered a direct warning to anyone considering similar behavior.
“I will proceed to prosecute anybody that threatens my family, trespasses on our property, and especially anybody making threats to our children,” he continued. “End of story.”
The statement emphasizes the serious nature of celebrity stalking cases and the potential legal consequences that can arise from such behavior.
This recent incident is just one chapter in the ongoing nightmare experienced by the Sixx family, who have faced multiple stalking cases that escalated to dangerous levels, necessitating law enforcement intervention.
Sixx revealed that his family was harassed by a troubled woman from Tennessee, who sent threats of death and bodily harm to his wife and child. The stalker repeatedly violated restraining orders, which resulted in multiple court appearances and her eventual arrest for contempt of court.
