KISS guitarist Ace Frehley’s final resting place has come to light for the first time, per TMZ. The late rock legend’s grave is located at Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx, New York. Ace Frehley passed away on October 16th, 2025, at the age of 74. His passing was ruled an accident caused by blunt trauma injuries sustained in a fall at his home. These injuries included a brain bleed and skull fractures.

“The polished stone crypt is etched with ‘PAUL ‘ACE’ FREHLEY, 1951–2025,’ sitting inside a Bronx cemetery with fresh flowers at the base and a single red rose tucked into the slate,” TMZ reported.
“A simple, striking tribute to the KISS legend — and we’re told the engraving was just recently completed and put in place.”
Frehley’s burial at Woodlawn Cemetery places him among rock and roll’s most celebrated figures. This placement reflects his enduring legacy in music history.
