Alice In Chains singer/guitarist Jerry Cantrell recently joined Instagram, and he’s been making some hilarious posts. He shared a photo of a poster of the fictional band Citizen Dick from the 1992 film Singles, which features Pearl Jam members Eddie Vedder, Stone Gossard, and Jeff Ament, along with Matt Dillon’s character Cliff Poncier.

He captioned it, “Citizen Dick mark 2 ?”

Many fans speculated about what his caption meant, and many figured out that he appeared to be referring to a spelling out of the letters in the word DICK referring to the last names of Alice In Chains current members: DuVall, Inez, Cantrell, and Kinney.

He also recently posted a photo with the caption, “I am the band smoke machine, Sean does the pyro….sparklers.”

Alice In Chains bassist Mike Inez also recently joined Instagram. He wrote, “North America here we come! Hope to see you soon. #rainierfog #aliceinchains #inautonomy.”

He also posted about Jerry Cantrell, “Brothers for life! We made a lotta noise the last 25 years. About ready to make some more. Album release week soon. #rainierfog #aliceinchains.”
