Ambitious Chris Cornell Statue Coming To Seattle

Vicky Cornell has hired artist and sculptor Wayne Toth to create a statue of Chris Cornell to be placed in Seattle, the Seattle Times reports. Toth has already given a design to the Cornell family, and the statue will take seven months to complete. Attorney Mark Johnson is searching for a location. Toth created the iconic Johnny Ramone statue at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

Toni Karayiannis tweeted in June, “Lily and Toni will work to design their dads statue!! How proud he must be of them! How proud I am of my smart beautiful girls!!”
