Late Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell’s widow Vicky has posted on Instagram, “Honored to be a part of this amazing organization @thenyspcc established in 1875, The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC) was the FIRST child protection agency in the WORLD and continues to help protect NYC’s most vulnerable children. So proud to be part of this and work with #MaryPulido one of the most incredible women I have met , who has dedicated her life to ensuring every child has every chance.

Thank you @chef_costas_spiliadis and @estiatorio_milos for your gift and to all my friends and friends of The NYSPCC for making this event a success allowing us to continue to serve the city’s most vulnerable children and continuing my husband’s @chriscornellofficial wishes and vision. #keepthepromiseforchriscornell #chrisandvickycornellfoundation.”
