Creed have revealed if they’re calling it quits after their 2024 reunion tour.
Creed announces new show
After 11 years of being apart, Scott Stapp and co. recently reunited and embarked on a massive tour across the U.S. Now, they have revealed that they will be continuing as a band well after their reunion tour wraps up this month.
Creed announced they will be taking part in a second Summer of ‘99 cruise set for April of next year. The announcement for the cruise also revealed that Sevendust, Hoobastank, Alien Ant Farm, Fuel, Filter, Marcy Playground, Local H, and more would be joining them at sea.
Fans are thrilled with the another round of the Summer of 99 Cruise is gearing up to hit the high seas again in 2025 with the return of Creed. Speaking of people and things that haven’t been particularly relevant in about 25 years, former MTV VJ Matt Pinfield and his co-hosts Caity Babs and Josh Bernstein of the AXS TV series The Power Hour are going to be there. AXS TV is a cable network, by the way, which is something fans might have to look up just now because it’s not a particularly well-known channel.
Apparently, their TV show on this obscure television network basically does what MTV used to do in the ‘80s and early ‘90s: actually cover music news, conduct interviews, and play videos. It’s a little sad that that format that was once enough to carry a network now only exists on the extreme fringes of television.
