Dave Grohl’s 6th Grade Report Card Will Shock You

Dave Grohl and his mother Virginia appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night, and Colbert read out part of Dave’s 6th grade report card.

Colbert said, “This is an actual report card from 6th grade I believe, 1980 or 1981.”

Virginia said, “That was a tough one.”

Is Courteous – Needs Improvement
Accepts Responsibility – Unsatisfactory
Exercises Self Control – Needs Improvement
Exerts Effort – Unsatisfactory
Begins and Completes Work on Time – Unsatisfactory
Uses Time Wisely, Works Neatly, Works Accurately – Unsatisfactory

Dave said, “I got to be honest, I was kicking ass until 1st grade, and then it was all downhill from there.”
