On Wednesday night in Austin, Texas, Foo Fighters invited a fan named Yayo Sanchez to perform “Monkey Wrench.” Yayo wasn’t just any normal fan, he was decked out in Gene Simmons KISS makeup.

britneysea posted on Instagram, “While in the pit my dad noticed a guy with Kiss makeup on and starting talking with him telling him he was a huge Kiss fan. During the show the guy held up a sign that said ‘Let me play Monkey Wrench’ and Dave Grohl noticed it and invited him up on stage!!

He had my dad hold his poster while he went up on stage and mannn did he shreddddd! Everyone started chanting “Kiss guy!” ?Dave said from time to time he allows fans up on stage to play but that ‘Kiss guy’ was by far the best! We looked for the guy after the show to return his poster but couldn’t find him until we spotted him taking pictures with people by the entrance. Instead of returning it Kiss Guy signed it for my dad! Running into other foo fans at the hotel they all said Kiss Guy was the best part of the show!!??”
