Foo Fighters & Red Hot Chili Peppers Members In Studio For Surprising Album

Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith shared a photo of himself in the studio with Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl and legendary session drummer Jim Keltner. He claimed he was in the studio for a new solo album from mock rock group Spinal Tap’s fictional Derek Smalls character at East Wick Studios in Hollywood.

He also tagged CJ Vanston, who has contributed to Spinal Tap, Prince, ‘NSync, Barbra Streisand, Ringo Starr, Jaguares, Celine Dion, Bob Seger, Richard Marx, Tina Turner, Alexz Johnson, Joe Cocker, Anna Vissi, Yellowcard, Harry Shearer, Steve Lukather, Dennis DeYoung, and Toto albums.
