Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale was recently spotted this week on vacation and enjoying beach time with his girlfriend, Xhoana X. As soon as their pictures surfaced on social media, fans shared their thoughts. They feel his current girlfriend resembles his ex-wife Gwen Stefani. Well, it seems that Rossdale has a type.
During their latest vacation on Friday, May 10, they could be seen holding hands in photos dropped by Page Six. Gavin Rossdale donned a pair of black-and-red swim trunks and showed off his tattoos. On the other hand, Xhoana, who is a fellow musician, could be seen rocking a black string bikini and bold red lipstick.
Other photos of the couple showed Xhoana X, who is 23 years Rossdale’s junior, with her arms wrapped around her beau as she kissed him on the cheek.
Similarities with Gwen Stefani
Photos of the couple surfaced this past Monday and fans took to social media and highlighted how much his new girlfriend resembles his ex-wife, Gwen Stefani. Meanwhile, some users were shocked when they found out it wasn’t the No Doubt singer. “You’re telling me that’s not Gwen Stefani?!” a fan tweeted.
Similar to Stefani, the Albanian-born musician also rocks long blond locks and wears bright-colored lipstick. It has been noted that they both also wear their hair in the same style, either slicked back or straight and appear to have the same sense of fashion.
Rossdale and Stefani got married in 2002 but announced their split in 2015. He is also dad to daughter Daisy Lowe, 35, with ex Pearl Lowe.
Gavin Rossdale Girlfriend going public
The Bush frontman and 35-year-old singer Xhoana X recently made their relationship public. Their outing comes two months after Rossdale and Xhoana X went public with their relationship on social media, when he uploaded a picture of the pair going out for dinner.
At the time, he wrote that he “finally got to have a birthday dinner with my girl @xhoana_x.”
“Here’s to a year filled with magic for you 🖤,” he continued.
Rossdale has also labeled his new relationship “really good” and referred to his girlfriend as “very sweet and very supportive.” The couple later made their red carpet debut at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in April 2024, which the Bush frontman called a “fun night in Hollywood.”
Who is Xhoana X?
Xhoana X (born Xhoana Xheneti) hails from Tirana, Albania. Like her beau, Xhoana X is in the music industry and has gained popularity. She was influenced to become a singer after she received a lot of influence in the music she was exposed to throughout Albania and the US. The “Serpentine” singer is apparently a fan of traveling as well. She has revealed photos of herself in Paris, Japan, Italy and Mexico. Xhoana X has also met Rossdale’s children, including sons Kingston, 17, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10 whom he shares with Stefani, the “Glycerine” singer revealed on the Amy & T.J. podcast in March.
