Music producer Tom Zutaut recently revealed his theory that Guns N’ Roses might be approaching the end of their touring career. Zutaut’s comments focused on the band’s future touring plans. He suggested that fans should see them perform while they still can.
Zutaut feels that Guns N’ Roses won’t officially announce a final show, since huge money offers could always lure them back for one-off events—but he doesn’t expect them to ever tour extensively again, saying those days are likely over.
While Guns N’ Roses is yet to follow through on the 2016 reunion with Slash and Duff McKagan with a new studio album, Slash recently noted how there’s “a ton” of new material waiting to be sorted out.
Guns N’ Roses has recently released new singles “Nothin’” and “Atlas.” This suggests that the group remains actively engaged in both recording and performing, rather than winding down their career as Zutaut suggested.
Guns N’ Roses has an active 2026 World Tour currently underway, contrary to speculation about retirement. The extensive tour includes 31 dates spanning spring and summer 2026. It covers Mexico, Brazil, Europe, the United States, and Canada.
The tour will kick off in Mexico on March 28th, 2026 and will continues through September 19th, 2026, in Georgia. The band has announced special guests for select dates, including The Black Crowes, Ice Cube, Public Enemy, and Pierce The Veil.
