Kelly Osbourne just posted about Ozzy’s death.

Following his death on July 22nd at the age of 76, Ozzy Osbourne’s iconic song “Crazy Train” has entered the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time ever, debuting at No. 46.

Originally released in 1980, “Crazy Train” had never charted on the Hot 100 before despite being one of his most well-known tracks.

45 years later, the song’s popularity has skyrocketed. According to Luminate, “Crazy Train” has had a 108% increase in radio airplay, 9.2 million US streams, and 11,000 downloads sold.

Osbourne’s 1992 hit “Mama, I’m Coming Home” has also seen a resurgence, returning to the Hot 100 at No. 49 and reaching No. 1 on the Digital Songs Sales chart for the first time ever.

Both tracks also hold the top two spots on the Hot Hard Rock Songs chart, with five other Ozzy and Black Sabbath songs ranking in the top ten, including: “No More Tears” (No. 3), “Paranoid” (No. 4), “Iron Man” (No. 5), “War Pigs/Luke’s Wall” (No. 6), and “Mr. Crowley” (No. 7).

Osbourne has also made his debut on the Streaming Songs Chart, while his “The Essential Ozzy Osbourne” album jumped to No. 7 on the Billboard 200 and claimed the top spot on the Top Rock Albums and Top Hard Rock Albums list.
